HWK DONGLE Erase failed. Synchronization error. - GSM-Forum

hi i bought new Hwk dongle for repair it detect and i have install its programs and drivers,.. but the problem is when i try to erase as it shown in readme and video it fail and shows this log.....

12:32:47 Load 65536 bytes.
12:32:48 Initialize...
12:32:49 Device: MSP430F20x1. Info(0x1000-0x10FF), Main

0xF800-0xFFFF)
12:32:49 Erasing flash memory...
12:32:50 Erase failed. Synchronization error.

even if i try to read but still the same msg. i have two hwk to repair but both failed. please help..

reinstall dongle driver and try again
