| mtk and spreadtrum reballing plates warm greeting gpg industries..can you make re-balling plates like mtk chips and spreadtrum chips and also flash chips of china phone..cause many china phones now in the market and have difficulties in re-balling of their chips...just a simple suggestion...thanx and more power gpg team... |
