need GPG resseler in europe to send me stocks via air mail and pay with visa electron

to macedonia.
i found some sites like GSMsp but only have with visa cards and dhl/tnt/ups transport.

i wan't to buy some new stocks, but air mail is like 5/8euro for 1kg... dhl is 60euro.

mega mobil is resseler in mkd, but they have onlu fbus and ufc cables.
