Universal interface problem with setool card - GSM-Forum

I have GPG Universal Interface i bought it for setool card but when i connect mobile with gpg interface and click for unlock,flash,identity the mobile is getting on automaticaly.

Pleas advice me what is wrong my reseller already replace 2 box's for me but all have same problem.

As i already replace usb cable,pc, and drivers also.Pleas gpg team have a look at this problem.

The problem you have is for sure not in box, is must be youre usb-cable or phone, as you only use youre box as cardreader for setool-card.

Dear Supporter

As i already describe here it's not a issue about usb cable like se dsu cable.This is issue about fbus connectivity with Gpg interface.As i already replace almost every thing like working usb cable,working mobile,drivers,working fbus cable and also my reseller replaced 2 new gpg universal interface but still same problem.

When i am trying to connect my mobile with gpg universal fbus interface always mobile getting on and off.Is i am doing wrong some thing or it's another issue?

You say my phone? is it only one phone you have tested ? are you sure that youre cable is for universal-box = universal pinout ? and have you tested cable on other box ?

I have also checked 6 to 7 customers phones but problem is same & the same fbus cables are working with setool box.

Hope all is clear now i am waiting since 4 days but no solution yet for my problem with gpg team.

WHat cable are u using? Universal type or from your old white Setool box?

The old "Fbus" cables which comes with white setool box's.

So you mean the white setool cables is not compatible with GPG Universal interface.Are you sure about it?

Waiting from official support confirmation if this is true pleas post here the pinouts of Gpg "Universal setool Fbus cable".Because i dont have any manual recived about new pinouts and even my box not registration at Gpg interface support site.

Still waiting to use my Gpg setool interface since 6 days.

Yes, I am sure about this, please GPG confirm this to youre *******r.

I have setoolbox white with label setool3 and that one has not the sam as the other box I have, that is labeld setoolbox3, one is from ipmart and one is fom GPG and this one has universalpinout.
