this trick may help you
1. use BB5 box do factory reset (press reset then quickly turn on hand set) w? do that? some phone customer try enter too many times wrong security code. you can't read hand set info at all
2. use Jaf universal cables (remember black clip as well, some phone don't need black clip)
3. unlock with BB5 King {Goodluck}
