Unhappy Unable to Reset Card Usage
When I try to reset my card usage I get the following error

Authenticate with support server ...
Err no (NetWorker): 16010001
Err no (NetWorker): 16020001
Err no (NetWorker): 16040003
ERROR: Cannot connect to support server
Can anyone help please. When I run BB5 King it checks and authenticates with the server that I am using the latest version ok but will not allow resetting of card

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Card usage: 100%

Smartcard not usable


Reset card usage ...

I payed for that BB5king but now I have the same problem I can reset the card usage, Does it means BB5king is dead?..Please help us

with activation v3 you can write new time the applet and activate new, with it used is reset. for moment i prub it option.

ok i use activation V3 it reset usgae card but:

Get card info ...

Use activator V3.
Write BB5KING applet then activate your card again. We changes security in server.
