Urgent help-Big problem in using bb5 box(with bb5 king software) using ufs3 Micro - GSM-Forum

hello
anybody can solve this problem--

I using bb5 box with ufs3 micro box( software bb5 king v_1.07).when I try to do phone info always come this Error

Get card info ...
Verify card OK
Card SN: BB5xxxx
Card is activated
Card usage: 7%
JAF box not found!
UFS3 box found.
Searching for update server...
Connecting...
Checking version.
Exist new version of this SW: 1.09

when press phone info always come this error-
Error. 0x11010201
Error. 0x13010200
Operation time: 00:00.
Done with error(s).
Thread phone exit.

and using bb5 king v_1.09 .phone Info sucsessfully read but when click unlock button always show this massage In every phone -(access violation Read of address.........). cant do any phone unlock what is the problem I cant understand please help me supporter.

I used ufs 3 micro box with original hwk with latest version of ufs driver V_2.0.8. I disable antivirus & windows firewall but same problem.what is the problem please also see my problem ...........I waiting for Your responce

hi. i have same problem as you, error just change value if different phone but allways get the error when get to (Verify card OK), it stop`s there.
Have you find any sollution already?

1- conect phone to your box
2- ensure that you can read phone infos ! ( HWK in my case )
if you can't read phone infos pls change resistors of cable .
3- When infos ok : close your box program ( HWK in my case ) and let the phone conected.
4- open bb5 king program ( 1-07) and try to read phone you will get error so now disconnect usb from the box ( HWK in my case ) where the phone is conected and wait few seconds
5- reconect usb to the box
6- read phone and enjoy is working !

why my ufs box does not connecting to bb5 prince or king?

Are you shure that you can connect one phone to ufs ?
1- open ufs on the desktop
2- connect a phone to ufs
3- "check " if the phone can be conected ... booting rap ...
4- close ufs program and open bb5 king
5 - read phone on bb5 king program
should work

Thanx problem solved, all you must do is disconnect Usb cable from the Box and wait few seconds and reconnect and Enjoy!!

me too the same problem i can unlock other model fine ,but with n95 always the same problem,can read info,also PM when unlock
