hi bros i have a smart phone motorola Q9h at & t to unlock .how can i unlock it,with code i mean the procedure i.e how many logs, how long does it take before i get the code any thing like the use of mep code or is it only the use of imei and also the procedure of how to input the code when it comes cos i dont want to have any issues like i had with unlocking a black berry cos i was not fully informed so moderater or any senior member here, educate me before i make an order for the code thanks in advance

sir i have requested for the code using worldwide motorola using usa canada pack since the phone was sent from usa but it gave me these codes MEP2: 3288022476811177
MEP4: 6166791689751363
MEP2: 0200841261100083
MEP4: 7960977728918799
MEP2: 9798822483259155 on the status it said not available s
so i tried using uk-europe -asia pack it said imei already in data base so what do i do should i try these codes? i need ur response

these are blackberry codes , not motorolla wat u have listed above .

may be u have sent this fone in blackberry package .

plz give me fone imei number and i verfiy it wats rong .

tanks for ur response here is the phone imei 358786015350814 the model is motorola q9h after it dispayed the codes it deducted the credit and after some seconds refunded the credit. the phone is locked to at and t i made the requst about 3 or 4 days back

ok now i understand wat happened .

look most of da services on site are automated and u get fast resonse in mintues , u sent the imei in the right package but the data base dont have the code for this model , so u get reply as not available and credits been refunded back . this is the first part wat happens all till now .

we delete the not available codes from site db in 24 hrs time , so as if customer wants to try in some other package he can but not before 24hrs , thats why it says to u when u tried to put in diff. package that imei exist in databse.

now wat u do is , the best option is send this imei in USA-AT&T NETWORK PACKAGE , so once u send it we try to find the code in at&T.


let me give more explanation here , all packages wat says - WORLDWIDE >> in starting means they are regardless for any fone any network and we try to find u the codes in factory db , say u send the code in motorolla wordwide usa canada > so we find the factory code for this imei in motorolla db not the at&t , if its not avaialble in worldwide option as in your case than 2nd try u can make in the network package where the fone is locked on , in your case is at&t .

i just requested for the code again same thing that happened before just happened now with 4 credit deducted using usa at and t package and refunding the credit back in seconds pls explain why this phone cant be unlocked by ur server.
i also have a side kick phone to unlock pls tell me how to unlock it and how many credit it cost cos i cant find it on get code column
