please tell me how its correct,i have the phone and when i enter the code it says"you have tried 4times" and when i put it it tell me 5times,6times and nothing happene,it still locked!!!!!please verify this code "01113551" for the htc s710 locked on "neuf mobile"

first try to hardreset fone , it solves 90% problems .
u can check how to do it here .

secondly we can only guarantee the code is correct from database , now if its not unlocking your fone it many other reasons for it . most possible is your fone is relocked by your provider and in that case we cant do any thing .

i tryed to hardreset fone,but the same thing the code is wrong, and my phone is not locked by the provider!!!!!! so please refund me
and the next time if you dont have the code unlock,dont give another code which is wrong,and i received it in 15mn,which is sooo far to be the right code!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

please tell me why you refund me 50%,its not my fault,if you dont have the code,refund my credit and dont give me a wrong code,
