look mate , we need to know which network fone is locked on , its T mobile uk or usa ?

each provider has different mnc codes , if u provide me rong info how u think i can solve this ?


for any black berry calculations we do require the network fone is locked on .

if u dont mark it (network fone locked on ) , while sending code . we cant solve it .

we always tell our clients to check if the counter is blocked before sending us the imei.could you please check if your phone's counter is not blocked,so we could check the code for you.

regarding this one , the code is correct , might ur fone has blocked counter .

if u dont know how to reset a block counter , ask ur reseller plz he can do it for u . or any person who has knowledge.

let me tell u the reasons :

> first it can be the rong imei . may u have done mistake while submitting . thats why we cant be able to calc it .

> second reason can be this . if we see the fone is locked on these providers we dont give u the code . coz dont work even if we provide u the code . so read this plz

regarding ur black berry , as i have told u earlier . u must tell us which network is locked on , T mobile uk or usa . paste ur imei here i ammend and reprocess it .
