well , first check from menu . almost all htc have the english lang inside.

if not than u can flash the rom , if u need the rom we can get it for u or u can request it on the site in activations/log file request.

I requested a code for a motorola ZN5 from T-mobile. I got the code today, but it is an 8 digit code and I believe this model requires a 16 digit code. Support please advice.

can you kindly help me with this job error.
i make a request for a nokia E62, imei: 357951005684181, code: 8123792764996429 , provider is cingular. But it says code error
Also, Nokia 6267, imei:355539015567686 ,code:028187335886484 provider: Movistar. It says code error too.
and lastly i request for Nokia 6556b, imei: 356271014162462 provider: cingular. But up till now still waitin for code.

but why am i having code error on this phones, when in actual fact there is 0/3 and 0/10 lock counter on them.
what am i doing wrong. pls help. 18 credits for movistar and 4 credits for cingular is not a small change.

Unsupported Models:

- Cannot use this method for motorolas locked to Cingular/AT&T
- Motorola E8's at this time
- Motorola K1's from Rogers/Fido (can only unlock with Rogers/Fido method)
- Motorola ZN5
