Telcel motorola codes - GSM-Forum

I used to select Motorolla Worldwide to get codes for Telcel and Movistar Mexico motorollas. Option has changed for Motorollas. Which do I choose? Motorola Worldwide USA-Canada or Europe-Asia? I AM ASKING BECAUSE I AM GETTING NOT FOUND CODES, NOT BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW GEOGRAPHY. Thanks.

hi mate,

we got 2 options now , one is for europe and other is for usa .

so if ur fone belongs to usa or mexico side , u have to choose usa motorolla worldwide package.
even if u choose rong it does not matter , as the codes comes from db in this case.

also our motorolla codes are live now 24/7 autoomated

means u can get code any time u want in just max 5 min .

I asked for 2 codes yesterday. One Z6 Telcel Mexico which I requested as Mot. Worldwide USA-Canada and I got again NOT FOUND. The other one a Z6 Movistar Mexico which I requested as Europe-Asia and I did get a code. I used to get NOT FOUND codes in 1 for every 15 Mexican Motorola phones, but with this one is 3 in a row choosing USA-Canada. Any suggestions? Or should I just use the Europe-Asia option?
