Is 2730 unlocking free and what is the procedure for unlocking it free or not

ìf you have SuperPC for local brute force then unlocking is free
if you don't have superPC you need to use server with Credits

important is graphic card 2x Radeon HD 5970 in crossfire are fastest

(only ATI Radeon HD 5xxx series are supported)

im buggered then server it is as both my machines have nvidia lol.
Does it work on vista and 7?
