Question 5300b Tmobile U.S.A, I need to install Chinese language how on Cyclone box??

I have a customer asking me if I can install a Chinese language on 5300b, please kindly help me on this since my Cyclone is new and first time I'm gonna use it, is it possible to flash it using only Language flashing or do I have to do full flashing? Please provide me step by step since like I said that this is my first time using this Cyclone box. Thank you

Dont worry guys, Flash it with higher version than the one in phone. Also u dont have to worry about version since Cyclonebox downgrades it automatically.

Good Luck
