5800d-1 blank screen - GSM-Forum

5800d-1 blank screen only after keypad lock. when i start the unit the screen works just fine & also when it s connected to f-bus cable.
the phone flashed many times, also tried unlock with rpl calculation & sd repair + writing pm file

any idea?

its hardware problem you need to add maget need the top of the lcd

If there is any memory card in the phone, remove it and retry.

Try to change the display,i have one unit with this problem and i solved in this way..

hi

your broblem is hardware not software display turns off when incoming and outgoing call or screen locked try this method just put small magnet or change display and you problem solved 100%100 WORK

Which magnet to put cause imagnet will break the the lcd during the time of closing the phone
