6110N problem

hi
i have one 6110N after i power on, appears white screen and after several seconds, it autopower off, i have read the phone with jaf and it seems all is good, no imei, provider o simlock wrong but i have read only one time, the time i read the info but after that, imposible to read it again.
now i have cyclonebox and when i try to read the phone, i have the box led red usb lighting and a windows telling me "phone was not detected at fbus interface-even after repowering it. please power it on manually now and click retray when local/test mode appears in display".
the cable is good because i try to read another good 6110n and no problem
what can i do?
thanks

Looks like ape problem..
You can try going in the tab BB5/flash and doing click on "check flashing bus" if you get successfull the information you can read afterward the info and do the self test.
If you get both just post the logs here and we can look for a solution

i think cable was not fitted properly as it should be ...
TX 2 adapter is connected rite ?
When u get Restarting MCU there ur phone should come into Needed mode for Reading INFO Unlock making backup ETC
perhaps i say might be bad communication between cable and phone
