i have here 6610 with S/N shows --------------

how to PATCH this using CYCLONE??

u can resolve with new rpl
u have free 100 credit to do that

see that video how to check if it need rpl or need change uem

First,
reflash your phone, because ---------------- is most porbably because of wrong IMEI patch.
Secondly check your imei.
If it is ??????????????, you can proceed with IMEI rebuild.
Read UEM IMEI, and calculate needed RPL file for it,
then write it.

The imei patch will not help you in this case, because watchdog will get phone turnoff after ~30secs.
