| Hi, You are using a really old version of the software.. please delete the loader folder then download and install the last installer 1.06 (Dowload it here)and download and copy in the main cyclonebox folder the last cyclone.exe (Download last .exe here) once done, just follow the instruction in this thread FAQ about Nokia BB5 and detailed procedures manuals BR Alex |

| Been doing some research and saw the same issue related to the firmware 7.23. Downgrade it to the version 5.60/5.61 (depending the product code needed) the rebuild again simlock, sx4 auth and good pm. BR Alex Note: to make the downgrade, flash it using the 5310xm erase file, skip ape ticked, then full flash with the needed firmware |
