big problem with n96 phone start up

hi
plz i have problem with n96 phone start up I repair many phone with cyclone but this phone i can't repair i use pm without 308 with sx4 every thing done but the same problem here is logo

Try another good PM 1 and 309
if still security error write in the mobile the CCC and HWC certificates of another mobile same product code (You can edit another rpl back-up leaving only the CCC and HWC part and writing it in the mobile) and redo the sx4
