HI .PLEASE CHECK THIS PROBLEM,

Started DCT4 RPL Calculation procedure at 9:48:11 PM
Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Box]
Service Tag: 1FC7A1B2A7382389AE17DF0EDE5631CA
Cyclone Server (1.0.0.478), Cyclone Box Team 2008, 2009 - Ready.
Cyclone Server Send Command Error -> Code: 500, Calculation problem (Unknown)
Failed to Calculate DCT4 RPL -> Server transaction failed
Canceled on user request

ITS TAKE A LONG TIME.SO DO SOME THING

Error 500 means server down...
When happens try again in about 30 min.

But It is Working fine
Cyclone Server (1.0.0.478), Cyclone Box Team 2008, 2009 - Ready.

Cyclone Server Send Command Error -> Code: 500, Box is not registered, support is not allowed then

Failed to Check Credits -> Server transaction failed
