So where is the bug man? Try again with updating procedure

Uninstall cyclone and drivers restart pc and install it again and update fw

If it's bug then everybody will face this problem like you but there very few face this problem ..try what I said and post result

Try to change USB Plug Connection ...

Restart PC then update it again....
