If your box was working before update FW, maybe the FW is not properly updated.

Send PM to SiRoYa with your Box S/N and wait his reply, then update your box again.

If it is a new Box, check the drivers are installed properly. ( read the first post of this thread )

cyclone is a good box with good features and great update but all involve should try and solve this problem of no connection ,box not in needed mode i have registered my box for over 2 weeks now and i can not use it or i should it to my collection of bad investment

Cyclone team are hardworking people and I'm sure that they will fix these "bugs" and problems very,very soon

The cristal is in the middle of the connector RJ45 service and the USB. Is named Y3
