cyclone box not in needed mode solved 100% for me
if cyclone box gives error (BOX NOT IN NEEDED MODE )
then check at other PC its windows fault
i have the same error i uninstal and install again but problem remain same
i checked box at another PC, box is ok ,SAME SET UP ,SAME DRIVER,SAME USB CABLE ,EVEN SAME WINDOW
after then i install a new window xp3 ,problem solved
run set up and gives drivers path
C:\Program Files\Cyclone Box\Drivers
problems solved .thanks GSM hosting members .
