c1-01

hey i have a c1-01 one to flash and another with security code and i cant get them to connect in cyclone any help will do please

without logs is hard to help you: please post the logs.
Note: for the mobile with the user code move in this way:
tab common/connection: select usb
a) switch the mobile off (better if you remove the battery)
b) go in the tab bb5/flash and click on " check flashing bus"
c) connect the mobile to the USB cable and press shortly power on on the mobile: the mobile will be in local mode at the end of the check
d) go in the tab bb5/user area and click on read

u mean the Nokia suite driver have it on another pc but giv hardware id mis match
