cant access at the support [Solved] - GSM-Forum

hi at all and excuse for my english, from today i cant access at the support,

from the germany server the response is:

"Authenthication error -> MicroTimeTaken tag not found"

from USA: " Cyclone Server Send Command Error -> SQL Error: Can't connect to MySQL server on '74.53.199.2' (10060)
(500)
Authenthication error -> Failed to obtain Support Ticket"

please, can you help me?

Germany server is fine. just checked.
if still problem check your firewall/antivirus/antispyware or disable if any present the VPN

thanks for your attention, i have an XP only for tools and boxes, without antivirus and firewall installed, just Cyclone and Z3x box

from yesterday i cant entry on the support, i have a XP without firewall and without antivirus, the day before yesterday, was work!

I'm in Miami, all my boxes work fine on this computer, and I bypassed all the firewall, even disabled it too, same error here
