when i check fashing bus nd also flashing my box give this eror plz help me is this hardware fault or yellow adapter fault all dc4 working fine only bb5 problem

after final igot this plz help me

Load of chances is faulty the TX2 adapter: try doing again all the soldering of the small pcb on the RJ45 socket side

You can buy the Cyclone V2 adapter: it is really cheap and include inside the TMA evolution
I use only this since ages
