Contact retailer

I have 1 N80 with contact retailer problem and 2 N73 same problem how can I solve this phones with my cyclone?...I don`t have backups for this phones just pm, is this enough

try to use sx4 and write full pm.

ok problem solved I write the PM, I have many maybe is that, so make the process like before but when I turn on the phone take i litle longer and the nokia sound was music to my ears, thanks to everybody who answer, any doubts Im here...I put the log here.

That depends of contact retail reason.
Selftests will help you to check that,
but most common reason is either
- phone not authorized with SX4 (and lack of 1,309 blocks - PM)
- damaged SIMLOCK

all cases can fix with Cyclone
at lastly, with RPL
