cyclone auto detect flash?


why cyclone can't autodetect flash for dct4 phone?

u need to read phone first via cyclone, if u have any firmware already installed on your PC, then cyclone should pick up the phone model for flash, if u have few diff versions, then just pick the one u want to flash..

Thats all

Ps.if u have installed firmware but cyclone didnt picked any, then check the Paths in cyclone tab

i do all of that, but firmware for 2610 is not detected by cyclone.

if its not detected,then select dct4 tab, and choose manually mcsw and other files for flash,then flash the phone

had similar issue with 6230 and flashed by manually selecting files

u doing something wrong

download and unpack from here:

http://mtronicscell.********.ie/2010...ash-files.html

once unpacked, u will see 3files in folder: mcusw,image and ppm

manually select all 3 and flash the phone..

it should work fine after flash

mypoint was that u did somethin wrong and phone was not fully flashed

is a cyclone bug,i'm not alone who flash 2610 with cyclone and have same problem.
