my cyclone box not work,not detect phone ,posible damaged box please help.

woow ... what answer ! so elevate

anyone who knows what can be the problem ? i`m his reseller and the problem is that the easyest way is to give people solutions at problems ... not to send them to reseller wich have to pay the box again (shipping charges) to send it to china for replacement !

Guys what other solution you want give to the customer? 95% is the regualtor IC gone.. if the customer is able to replace it, authorize him to open the box and send him the spare which for sure is cheaper then the spedition.
If the Customer doesn't do hardware, he should send you the box to have it fixed and you repair it if you do hardware.
Obviously i can't give him any other suggestion.

this one i think is better than the first one

will check the IC regulator ! Thanks for the suggestion .

If your box is old HW version ( with LM1950T ) try resolder U3 ( is behind Diagnostic socket ). My box have this problem and i solve resoldering....

You can check service socket solders too...

ok ... and a problem with another box ... if you cannot connect any phone but the VPP voltage test is ok ?

And what about VBAT voltaje ? and the Service socket ? you checked for bad solders ?
