Cyclone Box can not detect DCT4 Plus and BB5


Bro i have problem regarding my Box, can not detect any DCT4 and BB5 fbus....

anyone can help me, regarding this problem, because when i try to check bus in deferent box it is ok, but in cylone box can not detect.

The problem is here...
Use a good self powered hub or any power solution to solve it.

sir i will put it direct to the usb port on the motherboard, and i used it for how many years, only this day i got this problem...

Sir, i will make some testing in other computer, but the problem is still the same, can not detect all mobile phones,, is there any idea of this problem..

any bodys idea?
