cyclone box can't change to main mode [SOLVED - Thanks HRCO]

Already use more then 7 month,suddenly today my box can't change to main mode only detect as bootloader mode~~
i already try to reinstall the setup & driver so what is the problem ??
is it chip damage ??

Change crystal 12MHz(12.000 is mark) both, and all will be ok!

post some logs before anything.. may be as well a firmware problem

problem solved after change the crystal 12MHz,thk to hrco~~
now box work 100%~~

I'm so glad that you fixed the box by my instructions.
My misfortune was that I bought a box and did not worked ok one day.
But with an oscilloscope and multimeter on my luck I fix the problem.
A lot of users think that will fix this bug with a firmware update.
They may even want but, if after the first firmware update no results, the only option is to open the box and try hardware option.
But many users think, it was a bad first update, so I ask the administrator please allow me one more update, pls,pls,pls etc....then begins confucion for him.
I think that the administrators and product supporter should announce that it is one of the biggest mistakes in this box.
But luckily can fix an average user.
