i try many computer and use diffident internet connection but problem is save i try with 3 to 4 boxs but error is same.how to slove it.

i think server is down first of all disabled windows firewall and anti virus then try again or try after 24to48 hours its very comn error

It is a new box ? If it's a new box you need box wizard with internet connection your problem will solve

go to network connection

That was server problem box update and problem slove that was server error.
