Cyclone Box gets no connection to the Module Loader tool


Hello,
i get the new Cyclone Box Reloaded .I installed all drivers and the Tool.When i put USB Cable into Box the red LEd blinks 3 times very short.
When i start the Nokia tool i get :"Initialization has failed -> No connection was established, or box is not in needed mode"
What i have to do ? I checked all USB Ports
