Cyclone Box on new laptop usb problem

Hello, Cyclone Team. I need your support.I'm opening my shop, so i brought my Cyclone Box to install on a laptop with a windows XP that i installed recently, but i'm facing a basic problem. I followed the install manual, download the installer.exe, run it and then connect the box with USBcable. But when i do it, it says new hardware found and then it opens the "new found hardware assistant". I go step by step for install automatically, but i'm on a dead end. Where's the usb driver? The usb ports are all ok, so, it might be really basic, but i'm not viewing the answer. Thanks for any help.

Please, support team, someone give me a hand...I'm here stucked and can't understand why this is happening. Keeps on sayin that can not find the drivers to install. Shouldn't usb drivers get installed after installer.exe instalation?
