Cyclone reloaded error box wizard.. [Solved]

hello cyclone team,

i'm a new user of cyclone box...

i got an error when i try to run box wizard..


i just install the latest firmware...then try different ports,change A-B connector..

disable my antivirus...but still same,,


hope you will help me solve this problem,

make sure that your internet speed is in normal speed its good for fast speed but slow internet speed is not suitable for any box server. check it again

my net has a normal speed...i'm having a good connection...

at this moment i just log in in other box servers and downloaded files and no problem at all...

but when i try to use cyclone box...i always get an error...
