Trying to prepare my new cyclone box but getting

"Box Firmware is old and needs to be upgraded to v01.55, click Yes to proceed with upgrade."

After click yes, can't connect to cyclone server. And always restart with asking for upgrade... What's solution???? Is cyclone server down???

this is incredible, a long time ago cyclone server is down and down, today i try to install my box with the new version and says firmware old, and when i try to upgrade, guess what? can't connect to cyclone server, again

HI like in topic will server today work from 12 a.m not working and will be good to know why ?? And noone from support team not write anythin about problem then what is a problem ??
