as long as i use,
check the driver or check your usb a-b, recommended to usb a-b ipmart, it is good quality cable

I've done this for more than 10 repitions alread sir as per advise by other

threads. Any other idea sir?

Connect cyclone-box to another usb port ,
1- install main driver
2- start dct4/bb5 and install one more cyclone-box driver
restart the prog , now it well work .
