Do the PM back-up then try the unlock using "skip sp info".

Mobile is OK.. the errors you get have nothing to do with Pm area..
I think you can try removing the "thick" (in BB5/flashing) where says use tx2 line and retry again passing from check flashing bus..

Looks like your mobile doesn't get a stable local mode.. may be a bsi or a power problem..
Do you have any helper like TMA adaptor or similar?

no sir i don't have any adapter but i think the cable is good enough
cause i unlocked one 6085 with it, Check here
and i can do any thing with the same cable With J@F Box

The ufc cable helps you for the BSI problem but not for the power problem..
have a look here (just made a few pictures with my web to sho you the difference with a power problem solution on a N95 win the UFC and a normal FBUS cable with and without)

If you have the TMA adaptor with the USB cable I think it should be OK..
IF it hasn't the usb you can refer to this thread about how to modify it.

Need tma modify v 1.0

There is as well in the TMA website the video about how to modify the TMA to add the external USB power source.
