Unhappy Cyclonebox dead [SOLVED]

Hi !

My Cyclonebox dead.
Box firmware update step1 erase....during my PC full freeze.
PC restart after box not working and box firmware update not possible.
Need help.

what is the serial number of your box? (you can find it in any log file stored inside the storedfiels folder)

Sorry, my box serial number i don't no.
Box serial bottom label not see, worn out.
The Cyclonebox\Storedfiles directory all data auto wipe cleaned.
(Can not be restored.)

If you find it send it.
