DCT4 RPL didn't work in 2300 ! - GSM-Forum

I filled imei and selected asic2 ,rpl created !
but when I write it to phone it still imei:??????????4

Repair imei is not universal metod to solve phone.
If UEM is damaged, or bad soldered rpl will not help.
In this old phones if rpl not help need reball or change UEM.
