DCT4 Unlocking - GSM-Forum

I just want to ask why is it that when I unlock dct4 like 1100 and 6610 it has an error when you click initialize, it states that unsupported asic...what should be the problem? I have already activated my Super DCT4...please advice! Thanks!

Hi,
First, update your box's firmware version;
Second, download and unpack the latest update into cyclonebox folder;
Third, show screenshots to highlight the problem.
