| i have same problem in all SL1 since version 1.20 to all new version and last new box firmware, (always problem solved with other tool). Quote:

| @kmdworld05 , try to use another version & unselect eno file . @usi_golden , seems cable issue , did u attach yellow tx2 adaptor ?? or check it . |

| Dear scsarcar I have new Reloaded box i think no need any TX2 Adoptor for BB5 and also I have read all certificats, PM RPL Backup, SLBackup, complete PM Backup its mean this is not cable problem if u have any other solution kindly reply. Also cyclone team i am in trouble kindly solve this problem. |
