Security Card Manager problem, pls help!!!!!!!


Just bought cyclone box and was going through the step by step setup process and got stuck here after everything has updated.

Started card reading procedure at 3:14:47 PM
Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Bootloader]
Card reading error -> No connection was established, or box is not in needed mode

i've tried installing it on another computer but still giving the same problem, when running security card manager and clicked on Read Card, it always shows not connected and later comes up the the above error and the status will bootloader mode. pls help

open the box and fit the smart card in the socket properly

dont open the box, better you contact your reseller first, he will guide you properly

Ok Talk to ur Reseller about this problem ask him if he allow u to Open the BOX and Try Setting the Smart Card Inside Properly if he Agree Warrenty Problem will be his headache

yes i did that before opening it but still problem persists. I've opened the box and fixed the smartcard properly which was properly sitted when i opened the box but it still remains the same problem. Siroya pls help out this issue
