E5-00 RM-632 user code reset. - GSM-Forum

is possible to reset or read user code to a Nokia E5-00 (RM-632)?

I have tried with cyclone via USB but without result, always:
[Nokia E5-00 USB Phonet]: Port opened OK!
Failed to Read Security Code -> No any security code found

if I do factory rest:
Setting factory defaults of: Factory set full
[Nokia E5-00 USB Phonet]: Port opened OK!
[Nokia E5-00 USB Phonet]: Port opened OK!
[Nokia E5-00 USB Phonet]: Port opened OK!
Factory defaults set OK

remains the same.

read the pm 308 and copy here the content of the subsection 5 to 9 please

Formatting C: drive code will be reset but unfortunately cyclone doesn't support ATM, try what alex said at now

Nix.. no infos about the user code in the pm308..
try the "3 finger deep reset". With the phone powered off, depress and hold these three keys simultaneously "*" "3" "green phone" and then power on phone using the on/off button whilst keeping the three keys depressed until you hear start-up tone.
