E65 After write Full PM Contact Retailer How to Fix - GSM-Forum

@nadeem my friend

How can i fix my problem, i write a Full PM to my E65 and it went to Contact Retailer. 1st the problem is when i turn on the phone only nokia but with out sim card its ok, i try to write pm and it went to Contact Retailer, how can i restore it back to normal?

maybe it over write your original PM DATA...

u must restore it back...

to be safe, make a "SELF TEST"..

then post your logs...

did u write PM without 120 & 308 field or full PM from another phone?

Yup it's modified PM but still contact retailer, but i will restore the RPL file i backup and i will post the logs here, i try to use selftest and st security is the error, you think guys i can restore it back using the RPL i've backup?

just write this pm file and post the results.

if u have rpl backup then restore it. hope so it will solve ur problem

The phone was already on nokia logo..
Normally this happens after a wrong upgrade/downgrade of the phone.
Make the self-test of the mobile and check what is wrong.. look at the infos as well.
If everything looks OK then go on with the full job.
Make all the back-ups you can then full erase, emo, flash, rpl, sx4, full PM no 308.. if it keeps being in CS then you need to buy RPL.

ENO not EMO is a special firmware with the lowest version, it does not start the phone and it is just for the preparation.

Post the selftest as required above

I have exact Prblm. on E65 Ver. V 1.0615.25. APE s/w. not matched with MCU s/w.
I try different versions ,I think onyway is to go back to Previous Ver.
