Error with newly bought cyclone box...


few days back i bought cyclone box.i have installed it.the box is connected in the main mode but when i attach any phone to it shows the status as no phone attached.plz help.

use latest installer and update FW again

i had download the installer from the cyclone site.its a new one installed on my pc.its cyclone box project x86 32-bit build 1.0.0.11418

i updated the box now but gettin the following errors

CBUS Request Error -> CBUS Problem, Lost handle (Write Pipe)
CBUS Request Error -> CBUS Problem, Lost handle (Write Pipe)

what phone you try to connect and did you try without yellow TX2 adapter?

i am tryin to connect nokia 7610.i have tried with and without the tx2 cable but getting a pop up screen stating phone not detected at FBUS interface and than

Failed to read info -> Phone not detected

in status phone not attached.

oooh buddy ... there is bug wd2 series with cyclone..very sorry to say try with another box
