Error reading c3 log - GSM-Forum

I'm trying to read log from c3 with new exe but always this error, i have 5 c3 and all give the same error, before the update, all was fine, ca you check this please

not be on a USB FBUS cables.

Phone in what mode ?
1) select interface USB , connect phone into suite or ovi mode
2) do not read info , but set local mode from software and wait till phone will be recognized by software.
3) read phone info (check locked or not , etc)
4) read BF data , when software asks - do exactly what written !

Sould be loader issue ...
Uninstall cyclone
Backup stored folder and delete cyclone folder
Install latest version (download from sticky thread)

Recharge battery, try other USB port. Seems be transmission problem.

when reading C3 LBF DATA ... you must folow the "POP UP MESSAGE"

For Broadcom phones you don't need follow pop up message ..just don't do anything..
