Failed to Calculate Blackberry Code -> No codes received from box [ Solved ] - GSM-Forum

I've been searching this forum but haven't been able to resolve this issue. It keeps saying the same thing:

Started Blackberry Code Calculation procedure at 1:37:59 PM
Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Box]
Service Tag: E8A6A18F40A39BA1ADE6CA02A9A06183
Possible Reasons:
1. Not supported MEP
2. Box firmware not upgraded
3. 50 phone limit reached. Upgrade your box again.
Failed to Calculate Blackberry Code -> No codes received from box

I keep seeing "update the box" but i've updated from several different computers and still have the same issue. please advise.

i appreciate your input, however i've done this several times already. i've uninstalled the program, reinstalled it, updated about 15 times through box maintenance on 3 different computers, and i still have the same problem.

Tried again and it still isn't working. i'm trying to unlock several bb's with mep-04598-005, dunno if that helps

I just calculated some test data.

Hint: select mep from LIST, not enter manually.

Additioanly, you can upgrade your box.
