Failed to launch box in main mode [Solved]

Please help Team!

After latest update, say: "Failed to launch box in main mode" in box wizard.

I have windows 7 64 and launch cyclone.exe in admin mode but no work.

copy here the box serial number or the box service tag (you can get it doing check credits in server tools) so I can check the box status on the server
