failed ST_CDSP_TX_PLL_PHASE_LOCK_TEST - GSM-Forum

hello, I flashed a E63 and phone was dead. after I flashed again use 510 latest firmware phone alive again . but when I do selftest. I have this test failed, phone works fine by now, can anyone tell me what's wrong does this mean?

if phone in good condition, then ignore this
cyclonebox have a bug in selftest (inaccurate) in few phone on latest version
for accurate result use haweka.

btw ST_CDSP_TX_PLL_PHASE_LOCK_TEST = Phase looping VCO for transmiting Process,looping for right bsnd to register to network

if this happen in nokia N70 (ST_CDSP_TX_PLL_PHASE_LOCK_TEST) probalby/mosly problem is CAPS 2N2 in VINKU
